Our programs will concentrate on teaching our children about fire safety, the elderly about risk prevention and public outreach like CPR, safety, and first aide.
Special announcement: "Pop-Up" EXHIBIT. Happy Thanksgiving!
Join us in celebrating the memory of Heroes.
From the 1700’s, Worcester has had a rich history of the battle with fire. The museum will tell the story of how early citizens combated the threat that the new world was facing.
Our plans to bring the past alive combined with a learning center designed to teach fire safety, CPR, and risk reduction depends on your help!
Saturday November 30th
until Wednesday December 4, 2019
From hand pulled hose reels, life nets and brass nozzles to today's turnout gear and self contained breathing apparatus, you will be able to see it all.
The WHFS will be sponsoring a “pop-up” exhibit at Union Station. From Saturday November 30th to Wednesday December 4th, we will have open to the public, free of charge, The Worcester Six Tribute Exhibit. Special thanks to the WFD, WRA and the City Administration and Councilors for your support. The 20th anniversary memorial ceremony will be on December 3rd, 6pm, 266 Franklin Street.
